Crown Recognized in Consecutive Years as One of Canada’s Greenest Employers

Crown is proud to be named one of Canada’s Greenest Employers for the second consecutive year, a national recognition that reflects our deep and ongoing commitment to sustainable practices across all facets of our operations. Some of the initiatives Crown is being recognized for include:

• Our ESG Committee, which consists of a cross-section of Crown’s leadership team across geographies, departments, and roles - serving as champions of positive environmental and social change

• A portfolio-wide rollout of energy-saving initiatives, including LED lighting, automatic lighting sensors, a formal water conservation policy, and annual “energy hunts” to identify further opportunities for conservation

• Achieving third-party environmental certifications across 100% of our managed portfolio, ensuring consistent sustainable performance

• Publishing an annual ESG report, guided by both SASB and TCFD disclosure frameworks, to transparently communicate environmental performance, priorities, and progress

• Earning a 2nd place ranking in the GRESB performance score out of 90 entities in the Americas Non-listed / Core / Closed end category (Core Fund)

• Advancing decarbonization strategies across the portfolio by identifying opportunities for significant GHG emissions reductions through intelligently timed equipment and system upgrades

In addition to this green recognition, Crown has also been named one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers and one of the Greater Toronto Area’s Top Employers for 2025.
