Crown Celebrates 25 Years

This September marks 25 years since Crown opened its doors, a milestone built on one idea that hasn't changed since day one: integrating commercial real estate investment and property management so decisions get made with investors and tenants at the forefront of our efforts.

This approach has helped Crown grow to more than 12.5 million square feet of real assets under ownership and management, with a strong track record of creating value for investors and better workplaces for tenants.

Earlier this year, this same philosophy shaped a new chapter in Crown's leadership. Emily Hanna and Scott Watson were named Co-Managing Partners, completing the most recent succession plan of the partnership. Hanna leads investment management, from capital formation and acquisitions through portfolio management and governance. Watson is at the helm of Crown's in-house real estate services team, encompassing property management and operations, leasing, construction, sustainability, and tenant experience.
