Decarbonization strategies are developed and executed through an in-house team working alongside asset management, construction, and property management, ensuring regulatory considerations and future performance standards are addressed at the earliest stages of capital planning. Oversight from the Sustainability Committee guides priorities, execution, and measurable progress across the portfolio.
