Season of Giving at Crown

Fall is a busy time for giving back to our communities. In honour of Giving Tuesday, we at Crown are proud to celebrate how our team and communities have come together to make a real difference this holiday season.

This year’s annual clothing drive surpassing previous records- we collected and donated 3,400 lbs of clothing to our community partners; more than double the volume from 2024. The donations are heading New Circles and Diabetes Canada. Our teams once again are volunteering their time to sort, transport and deliver the donations.

Holiday food and toy drives are underway until December 12. Across our portfolio, we’re partnering with local food banks and community organizations to help take some pressure off families during the holiday season.

Last week, our Ottawa team hosted the annual Turkey Awards, a beloved tradition at Place de Ville. Now in its 36ᵗʰ year, the event raised a total of $21,200 towards the Ottawa Food Bank and Matthew Perry House.

At Crown, we believe that strong communities are the foundation of thriving workplaces. Whether it’s through clothing drives, food and toy collections, or fundraising events, our tenants, employees, and partners all play a part. Thank you for all who donated- their clothing, toys, food, time and resources to these amazing causes that are dear to our community.
