Crown Properties Recognized at BOMA Toronto Awards Gala

Crown Realty Partners congratulates the management teams of the following properties which were recognized for building excellence at the annual awards ceremony:

• 2233 Argentia Road, Mississauga—Building of the Year (TOBY) Award (100,000 to 249,999 sq. ft.), recognizing excellence in overall building management.
• 90 Sheppard Avenue East, Toronto—Earth Award (250,000 to 499,999 sq. ft.), recognizing environmental stewardship on the part of Crown’s property management team and tenants.

Both properties also received the Certificate of Building and Management Excellence for their efforts in tenant relations, community impact, energy and environmental management, training of building personnel and emergency preparedness.
