Toronto, ON – May 22, 2025 – Crown Realty Partners (“Crown”) today announced that Les Miller, Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer, will retire from his role effective June 30, 2025.
"It has been an honour to lead Crown Realty Partners. I am incredibly proud of what we have accomplished together, and I have complete confidence in Emily, Jamie, and Scott to lead Crown to even greater heights. I look forward to watching the company's continued success from a new perspective," said Les Miller.
Moving forward, Managing Partners Emily Hanna, Jamie Christie, and Scott Watson will continue to lead the organization. Crown’s collaborative partnership model will ensure continuity in driving the company’s success.
• Emily Hanna will now oversee Acquisitions and Dispositions. She will continue leading Investments and Capital Formation, ESG, and Human Resources.
• Jamie Christie will continue to lead Asset Management, Property Accounting and Financial Reporting, working closely with Mark Dimmell, Partner, Finance and Reporting.
• Scott Watson will now be responsible for Property Management and Construction, working closely with Anthony Kingsley, Partner, Operations. He will continue to lead the leasing team, alongside Stefan Teague, Partner, Leasing. Together, the groups will be referred to as “Real Estate Services.”
“Les has been an integral part of Crown for more than two decades,” said Emily Hanna. “He moved his family from Saskatchewan to help build this firm, and throughout his tenure he has consistently supported our growth, championed new initiatives, and helped shape a culture of collaboration, innovation, and integrity. We are thankful for all he has contributed and wish him the very best in his retirement.”
