Presented by BOMA Canada, the CREST Award acknowledges outstanding performance in building operations, tenant service, and sustainability. This award reflects the collective efforts of the dedicated team managing 2680 Skymark, whose focus on energy benchmarking and emissions reductions support the day-to-day success of our tenants.
In addition, we are proud to announce that 2680 Skymark Avenue has also won the inaugural Enspire Award at BOMEX in Halifax for our team’s energy reduction initiatives. The BOMA Enspire Awards honour commercial building owners and managers in Canada who lead in reducing greenhouse gas emissions. This new accolade highlights our commitment to sustainability and energy performance.
