Crown tracks sustainability progress through KPIs
Crown’s operational team is focused on creating healthier, more engaging buildings and workspaces. Crown’s Environmental and Sustainability Policy includes the requirement for regular audits and assessments. We set goals by tracking these four Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Energy Management is the key to saving energy. Much of the importance of energy saving stems from the global need to save energy, and this global need affects energy prices, emissions targets, and legislation.
Crown Property Management Inc. (CPMI) is committed to minimizing the water that is consumed at the property level. This considered, CPMI has established goals which work towards reducing water related inefficiencies at the building level. Within CPMI, building operations and management staff collectively work together to establish mutual and realistic strategies that help both the tenants and owners use water more effectively and efficiently.

Crown is committed to measuring and tracking each buildings Green House Gas Emissions that are released into the atmosphere as a result of energy consumption at the property level. In addition to regularly investing in high efficiency mechanical equipment, Property Management & Operation teams are tasked to reduce each buildings GHG emissions by means of identifying and acting on efficient mechanical optimization scheduling.
