Crown is proud to announce that North York Square, at 45 & 47 Sheppard Avenue East, has earned the TOBY Outstanding Building of the Year Award in the Corporate Facility category. The TOBY® (The Outstanding Building of the Year) is one of the most prestigious and comprehensive awards of its kind in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality in commercial real estate buildings and building management.
North York Square was also awarded the 2022 Certificate of Excellence.
As part of North York Square’s certification process, a thorough online application with supporting documentation was compiled, completed, and submitted. Additionally, a third-party verifier toured the buildings to examine and evaluate the property.
Owned on behalf of Crown’s third value-add fund CR III LP, and managed by Crown, North York Square is a 306,000 square foot, two tower office complex. This certification distinguishes complex as top-of-class buildings and showcases Crown’s dedication to responsible and efficient building operations.
