Crown Realty Partners announced today that it has sold, on behalf of a group of private investors, their interest in 3080 Yonge Street to First Capital Realty Inc. This 6-storey, 225,000 sq. ft. office building is located at the corner of Yonge Street and Lawrence Avenue. Crown acquired the asset in 2003 and created value through repositioning, re-tenanting and recapitalizing the asset to maximize investor returns.
