This achievement highlights Crown’s commitment to creating healthier spaces for the occupants of our buildings.

Fitwel is a leading healthy building certification system that focuses on enhancing the well-being of building occupants and supporting healthy communities. The certification process involves a comprehensive review of various building features, including access to healthy food, physical activity support, indoor environmental quality, occupant safety, and more. It provides a framework for optimizing building design and operations to promote the physical and mental health of the people inside.

With these recent certifications, Crown has made significant progress towards our goal of having 100% of our portfolio Fitwel certified by 2025. Currently, we have achieved 79% certification, and we are on track to reach 89% by Q3 2024.
