This esteemed award distinguishes our properties as top-of-class, showcasing Crown’s dedication to responsible and efficient building operations. The team’s strong focus on customer care and tenant services at the properties were identified as differentiators, contributing to the building’s outstanding performance.
Owned on behalf of Crown’s third value-add fund CR III LP, and managed by Crown, North York Square is a 306,000 square foot, two tower office complex.
