On Wednesday, February 9th, 2022, NAIOP’s breakfast event, “Year of the Bulls, the Bears or the Pigs?” was held at the Toronto Board of Trade. This was NAIOP’s first in-person (with a virtual option) breakfast since 2020 and they kicked off the year with some very distinguished guests. Crown’s Emily Hanna, Managing Partner, Investments, led a candid discussion with Benjamin Tal, Deputy Chief Economist, CIBC World Markets Inc. and industry Michael Emory, President and CEO, ALLIED Properties REIT and Jon Love, Founder and CEO, KingSett Capital.
