Six Crown Managed Buildings Take Part in York Region’s ClimateWise Building Challenge
Crown Property Management Inc. is proud to announce its participation in the ClimateWise Business Network and Windfall Ecology Centre’s, ClimateWise Building Challenge. The ClimateWise Building Challenge is a York Region wide friendly competition between buildings with the goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions and improving energy efficiency within a building through collaboration, education, and innovation. Open to building owners, property managers and tenants who want to take part, this year’s challenge has over 75 buildings across York Region, including the following six Crown managed buildings:

- 15 Allstate Corporate Centre, Markham ON
- 19 Allstate Corporate Centre, Markham ON
- 27 Allstate Corporate Centre, Markham ON
- 101 McNabb Street, Markham ON
- 675 Cochrane Drive, Markham ON
Crown continues to closely monitor and benchmarking our energy use and emissions, giving us up-to-date data on our output and savings month-over-month. Crown will work hand-in-hand with the ClimateWise Business Network and Windfall Ecology Centre to ensure we take full advantage of energy, environmental and cost savings of our endeavour and beyond.

The ClimateWise Building Challenge, a program of ClimateWise Business Network and Windfall Ecology Centre, will facilitate, support, and mentor York Region buildings to reach energy and greenhouse gas reduction targets.
