30 Eglinton Avenue West– Crown’s first fully digital building
Crown is proud to announce its first fully digital building. Tenants of 30 Eglinton Avenue West can now experience and access all elements of their office experience – through their phone. This is part of a portfolio-wide initiative at Crown to create a digital work experience for tenants. Today, about 95% of our office portfolio is live on the platform, which is an important differentiator to our tenants who are expecting everyday conveniences to carry through to their office experience.
Through the Connect by Crown app, Crown’s building occupants have an easy and convenient way of getting into the office, accessing building amenities, keeping a pulse on community events and gaining access to a variety of perks for on-site and nearby retailers.
Behind the scenes of this modern tenant experience, this new technology allows Crown’s property management teams to have better access to viewing and managing our security system remotely, and ensuring our buildings are running optimally.
The data collected will be used to improve our properties on an ongoing basis. We are working on creating a fully digital portfolio in order to offer the ultimate tenant experience.
