The Toby is one of the most prestigious and comprehensive programs of its kind in the commercial real estate industry recognizing quality in commercial real estate buildings and rewarding excellence in building management. During the competition, all facets of a building’s operations are thoroughly evaluated and entries are judged on topics from community involvement to environmental and sustainability management.
101 McNabb is home to approximately 3,000 professionals from TD Bank and General Motors Canada. The award-winning campus has previously been honoured with several other industry awards and accomplishments since OPTrust acquired the building in 2014 and Crown Property Management Inc took over the large-scale repositioning and releasing that same year. The judging for this award is based on building standards, community impact, tenant relations, energy conservation, environmental, regulatory and sustainability, emergency preparedness & security standards and the training of building personnel.
