101 McNabb and 90 Sheppard Earn BOMA 360 Designation

– 101 McNabb Street in Markham, Ontario and 90 Sheppard Avenue East in Toronto, Ontario both have been designated BOMA 360 Performance Buildings by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International. The BOMA 360 Performance Program® validates and recognizes commercial properties that demonstrate best practices in building operations and management.

101 McNabb is a 315,400 square foot complex that is home to approximately 3,000 professionals from TD Bank and General Motors Canada. This state-of-the art office campus comprised of two connected 3-storey office buildings and has achieved LEED Gold and BOMA Best Platinum certifications and was the recipient of the 2019 TOBY Award for The Outstanding Building of the Year in the Renovated Building category.

90 Sheppard is a 269,081 square foot, 7-storey office building located in Toronto’s North Yonge business node. The building is centrally located in North York just east of Yonge Street with easy access to both the Yonge and Sheppard subway lines as well as the 401 and DVP. 90 Sheppard has been previously awarded a BOMA Canada Building Excellence Award.
