TCB – Tenant chargeback – this code is used to charge tenant for services provided by an outside vendor such as hallmark or paragon.
Otherinc – Other income – this code is used to charge the tenant for services provided in house such as access card or labour provided by crown staff.
Utility recovery – this code is used to charge the tenant for utilities that are separate from their rental charges. There is a code for hydro, gas, and water separately.
Hvac – HVAC after hours – this code is used to charge the tenant for after hours HVAC Services.
Rentoth – Other rental revenue – this code is used to charge the tenant for additional rental services that are outside of their regular rental charge such as renting conference rooms.
Adminfee – Administration fee – this code is used to charge the tenant for administration fees on other charges.
