To ensure the success of our programs, Crown’s Environmental and Sustainability Policy includes the requirements for regular audits and assessments and establishes a number of KPI’s upon which to evaluate performance.
Crown also applies a number of industry benchmarks, including BOMA Building Environmental Standards (BOMA BEST®), United States Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance (EB:O&M) and as of 2018, the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB).
