Crown is committed to being a leader in the real estate industry and willstrive to exceed regulatory requirements by implementing innovative approaches to industry best practices and investing in ongoing physical and operational improvements. To ensure the success of our programs, Crown’s Environmental and Sustainability Policy includes the requirements for regular audits and assessments and establishes a number of KPI’s upon which to evaluate performance.

Crown also applies a number of industry benchmarks, including BOMA Building Environmental Standards (BOMA BEST®), United States Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance (EB:O&M) and as of 2018, the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB).
