Committed To Connected Work Environments

Wired

As many across the globe have been on lockdown orders to slow the spread of COVID-19, the topic of staying connected has become paramount. Crown has advanced its commitment to connected work environments over the last 12 months on its journey towards creating a frictionless work experience for tenants. The team has made improvements to building connectivity and fibre optic infrastructure to help tenants create a more collaborative work experience upon their return to the workplace.

“Connectivity and flexibility are more essential than ever to the way we work. Employees are going to expect more when they’re back in the workplace, and it’s up to us to help make it happen.” says Janbee Monsod, Crown’s Director of Property Management.

With its focus on assessing a building’s digital infrastructure and future-readiness, WiredScore is the ideal partner on Crown’s connectivity journey. To date, Crown has WiredScore certified 60% of the 7 million square foot portfolio with a goal to be 100% certified by 2022. This global connectivity rating scheme will continue to help Crown assess, improve and benchmark building connectedness.
