Crown committed to a $10M capital investment plan at 400 University Avenue, an office tower on University Avenue just south of Dundas Street in Toronto. The building underwent new lobby finishes, new elevator cabs and common area washroom upgrades reducing energy usage by 90%, but the most ambitious project was the installation of an entirely new window and cladding system while the building was tenanted, with minimal impact to occupants.
