Crown Realty Partners announced today that it has sold its 62%% interest in Winnipeg Square to ARTIS REIT, which will now hold a 100% interest.
Winnipeg Square is a 31-storey office building comprised of 541,040 square feet together with a retail concourse comprising 56,440 square feet and is the premier office location in the Winnipeg CBD. Tenants include top legal and accounting firms, CN Rail, Microsoft and the Government of Canada. Crown Property Management Inc. will continue to manage the property on Behalf of ARTIS REIT.
Crown Realty Partners announced today that it has acquired the Winnipeg Square Parkade on behalf of ARTIS REIT, with mortgage financing provided by Great West Life. The seller was the City of Winnipeg.
