Crown Realty Partners (CRP), on behalf of Crown Realty II LP (CR II LP), has acquired 155 Gordon Baker Road, Toronto, a 5-storey office building comprising 252,781 sq. ft. The building is located on Gordon Baker Road, just east of Highway 404 south of Steeles Avenue East.
This property is the second acquisition for CR II LP, which has an equity commitment of $142 million from six Canadian pension funds and financial institutions. CRP co-owns and/or manages 4.4 million sq. ft. of office space in the GTA and Winnipeg.
