Crown Realty LP represents a series of commercial real estate partnership investment funds formed by Crown Realty Partners and major Canadian pension funds. As a co-investor and GP, Crown looks for opportunities from under-performing and under-developed office properties, primarily in the Toronto market. For each asset, Crown develops a program based on BOMA Go Green certification and Go Green Plus benchmarking standards. When physically and economically feasible, we modify building systems and procedures to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards.

This might cover efficient operating procedures, replacing inefficient equipment, promoting energy conservation, implementing waste management programs and promoting participation by tenants. Maintaining a safe and healthy workplace environment is an integral part of everyday operations at Crown.

Our web-based tenant service system, Crown Advantage allows tenants to easily request services from their property managers – and to track status – on-line. As service requests are logged electronically by type of request and response time, it also allows our property managers to see patterns, evaluate the response cycle and, thereby, improve service.
