BOMA Toronto celebrated building and management excellence at the 17th Annual Celebration of Excellence Awards Gala at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Toronto on May 14th. 500+ Real Estate professionals attended the event, recognizing their peers at the commercial Real Estate event of the year. Crown is pleased to announce, on behalf of its owner Artis REIT, that 12 Concorde Place was recognized as the Building of the Year (TOBY) in the 100,000 to 250,000 square feet category. 12 Concorde will now complete at BOMA Canada’s awards ceremony this fall in Quebec City.
