The Race to Reduce is a unique initiative of “Greening Greater Toronto” that encourages landlords and tenants to collaborate in order to improve their building’s energy efficiency over a four year period. The Race started in 2011 as a friendly corporate challenge involving landlords and tenants across the GTA.
Crown was recognized for achieving the highest Energy Star rating for Heron’s Hill, 2001 Sheppard Avenue East. 415 Yonge Street was recognized for the greatest reduction in energy intensity (approximately 9% reduction). Crown’s mission is to acquire and manage commercial real estate in Canada with the objective of providing superior returns to our investors, quality business premises and excellent service to our tenants.
