At the annual BOMA Toronto awards gala, Crown Property Management was proud that North York Square (45-47 Sheppard Avenue East) received the Earth Award in the Office Park category. The Earth Award recognizes excellence on the part of the management team and its tenants in environmental stewardship. In addition, four properties managed by Crown, including 155 Gordon Baker Road, 2001-2005 Sheppard Avenue East, 5995 Avebury Road and North York Square received the “Certificate of Excellence” in property management. 155 Gordon Baker Road was also recognized for maintaining energy usage reductions in the Earth Hour challenge in which over 100 buildings participated.
