This is one of the first Class A office buildings in suburban Toronto to receive the certification by the Canadian Green Building Council (CaGBC). The office building was certified under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance Green Building Rating System™. Among other things, this prestigious designation recognizes excellence in maintenance, operations and the on-going management of a building.
