Crown’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Crown Property Management Inc. (CPMI), endeavours to improve the environmental footprint of each of its properties by developing a sustainability program for each building, working in partnership with its tenants. CPMI has implemented a series of energy efficiency upgrades across its portfolio resulting in CPMI’s overall scores for all properties certified under BOMA BESt exceeding national and provincial averages indicated in the annual BOMA BESt Energy & Environmental Report. CPMI’s sustainability programs were recently featured as a case study by GTAA Partners in Project Green.
